The people who run this place are extremely kind and accommodating which makes it hard to leave this review. However, I would not recommend getting your nails done here. At least from my experience. I went there for a full set (uv gel) on September 5th. The lady who did my nails was not thorough or sanitary (not sure of her name but she was older I think her name was Linda). When I first sat down, she had acrylic powder or some kind of glue stuck all over her hands. Before she started my nails, she tried to wipe it off with paper but it did nothing. I asked her what was on her hands (since I didn’t think it was very sanitary) but she assured me it was just acrylic she couldn’t get off right now, even though she could’ve washed her hands or worn gloves. I let that go and just let her continue. Upon her finishing my nails, I could tell the gel application was not the best, being that several of my nails were bumpy/lumpy. However, I didn’t think it was an huge deal. But then, the day after I left the salon TWO of my nails came off. And it was the hard gel that popped right off the nail…not even the fake tip. On the 7th or 8th I went in person to get it fixed. The manager Sophie was extremely kind, accommodating, and apologetic about what happened and personally fixed my nails that came off. When the original lady who didn’t my nails was called over and told my nails had popped off, she didn’t apologize and looked at me and said “ you look different” (not sure what she meant by that). Nonetheless after they were able to fix the nails with zero charge, I was happy. Two days after that, my nails would fall off one by one. I knew she did not apply the nails correctly, because they would just pop off (with the hard gel) , the fake nail STILL on my nail (I attached a picture for reference). It’s now a week later and 4 more nails have popped off. I had to take all of them off (which was easy because they weren’t applied properly) and get them redone somewhere else. There might be other nail techs at this salon who are more thorough, but I just wanted to share my experience.
